- Q. How do I edit my account details or change my password?
- A. Click the ‘edit’ tab at the top of your profile page. You will then be presented with options to amend your contact details, password and account profile settings.
- Q. I live outside the UK in a different time zone – will I still be able to read my horoscopes in real time?
- A. Yes, of course. We have a strong international audience so to ensure you receive your horoscopes in a timely fashion log in to your account, click the ‘edit’ tab at the top of your profile page. You will then be presented with options to amend your contact details, password, time zone and other account profile settings.
- Q. What is Premium Membership?
- A. As a Premium Member you will benefit from exclusive benefits which include:
- Access to your weekly and monthly horoscopes personally presented by me on video.
- An ‘Ask Frank’ question and answer service
- Dream interpretations
- Year ahead readings presented by me on video
- Access to a forum which will be a great way for you to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences with each other.
- Q. How do I upgrade to Premium Membership?
- A. Once you have signed up for free membership you can upgrade to premium membership at anytime. Simply click on the ‘upgrade to Premium Membership’ to fill in your subscription details. Premium Membership is £5.95 per month and once you subscribe membership is automatically renewed each month.
- Q.As a Premium Member do I need to re-subscribe each month?
- A. To make your usage of the Premium Membership service even easier your monthly payments will be automatically renewed as long as you choose to be a member.
- Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
- A. After the first month of subscription you can cancel future payments through the payment management function on PayPal. If you chose to pay by another method contact your bank directly.
- Q. I have a question about my membership service – who do I contact?
