Yearly Horoscope for Virgo - 2012

Whatever you have been working towards in the past three to five years will this year begin to bear fruit. You begin the year with Mars going backwards in your sign, so you’ll go over the things that you need to deal with, and this means dotting the Is and crossing the Ts, especially in your working area.

One of the major things to know is the planet Uranus, which is very active in your chart this year, is about utilising the forces within you to gain control and change your life, and the lives of others who depend on you.

You were working away in the background in the latter part of 2011, putting all the foundations in place for something secure and absolute in your life. Almost like a fortress designed to protect you from the outside world. But this year there will be a few assaults on your inner sanctum from the planet Uranus What I mean by that is that the old order in your life may very well disappear, and it may seem that the people that you know best, or thought that you knew, start behaving in an erratic way, and acting slightly out of character.

Don’t get uppity about this, as you need to recognise that this year is all about revolution and you, too, will be perceived in exactly the same way by those close to you, even though you may not always be aware of it.

Neptune will be back in your partnership house this year and this puts the accent on all of your close relationships, and this also includes business relations and those people who are linked to you financially. But I have a feeling that this will be more about connecting to your marital love or your emotional life.

It could very well be a year when you stop over idealising a relationship and begin seeing it as it is.

Remember that you are on the move and as you grow your individuality can’t help but start to show itself and this may unsettle those around you.

There’s a tremendous drive in you as the year unfolds and creatively you’ll become aware that there are things that you need to get off the ground and make happen. Pluto also brings you a sense of fate, but with Uranus also in the mix, there could be a clash between the here and now, and what you want for the long term. You’ll need to strike an equal balance for yourself.

May and June bring terrific work opportunities your way, so I hope you’re not going to forgo them.

Saturn in Scorpio from October, clears up any blockages in your life and replaces any angst with a general sense of ease that will wash over your life. From early June onwards is brilliant for your career, so set about formulating plans for what you want at this time. The road ahead may be bumpy at times, but you’ll get there, with benevolent Jupiter watching over you.
