Yearly Horoscope for Capricorn - 2012

With Pluto in your sign you will have no option other than to face up to the fact that radical transformation will be the hallmark if 2012 for you.

This will be a year of full scale reconstruction and not simply patching up the things in your life that aren’t working. The dismantling of old patterns and the emergence of the new is what Pluto is all about and it is not a planet to do anything by halves. This is what is happening both in the world around us, as well as in your personal life, and aspects of your personality may alter before the very eyes of those that know you best.

What I mean is that your ambition will peak this year and nothing, and I mean nothing, will come between you and realising it.

Uranus is also exerting an influence in the part of your chart that rules your homestead, so I wouldn’t rule out a sudden  move or change of residence, or just a feeling that your time at a certain address is perhaps reaching an end.

There will be something quite wonderful in the sense of freedom that this planet will imbue you with – almost as if you’re walking on air at certain points in the year. The challenge this brings to you, however, is one of rigidity and being too fixed in your opinions, or just going out on a limb for the sake of it, or out of sheer bloody-mindedness.

This is the year when you could rule the roost with the power of Pluto behind you in your sign, as it is letting you know that there is a job to be done and give you almost a regal air when it comes to how you attack what needs to be done. Uranus will always strike out for freedom and this year its battle cry is louder now that it’s sitting in fiery Aries. So there will be times when you just want to make a bid for the nearest exit, although common sense should pull you right back into line and quick sharp.

Look out for lots of new beginnings unfolding this year too, but only if they go at a steady pace do they have any chance of taking off.

Jupiter moves into Gemini in June and this opens up areas connected to your job and the ways in which you bring home the bacon. There will be a greater sense of duty and growth around you, as you become a leader this year. And even though it will be all eyes on you, you will be able to develop new skills and learn and grow just as much as everybody else. You are almost becoming the teacher of the zodiac this year, and your ability to impart knowledge will be something quite wonderful.
