It comes as no surprise to find that Aquarius rules the cerebral: the mind and the brain. The brain is always on the move and always being used. It's a shame the same can't be said for their circulation.

Aquarians would do well to include some relaxation in their health regime. Light walking perhaps; golfing would be good; or maybe swimming. It needs to look after the blood flow in order that it flows towards the brain where it does its best work. A strong body leads to a strong brain.
