Family matters to the Goat. In fact, it's the area of their greatest weaknesses and their greatest strengths.

This is because the family and the home represent security for Capricorns when they return from their busy work activities. Upset at home does the Goat in and digestion's are likely to be a bit of a roller-coaster for a while. Don't play the wounded warrior, though. It's better to tackle those issues which need it straight away rather than retreat into depression and silence. That makes you all feel worse.

The Goats act responsibility towards family members and are especially careful of their children's development. Get the balance right between expecting them to be dutiful and giving then some freedom and they'll be grateful. They'll also see you as fair-minded, if rather serious, when they're older.

It would help if you could allow yourself to be openly demonstrative at times, too. Sometimes, Capricorn, you hold back when a hug might make everyone feel better including yourself. Having a family isn't always about duty. It's about warmth and communication and fun, too. Don't leave it until your later years to soften. Now is the time.
